Math is Texas Hold'em Poker?

Hey there, I need to write a math paper for my college calculus class, and the paper can be about anything related to math. I decided to write about Texas Hold'em poker because there is a lot of probability involved. The problem is that I can only use books as sources for my paper, so my questions are:
what books should I order to help me break down the math involved in Hold'em?
If possible, what books can explain how math is used differently between online and real games?

Thanks for your help..peace-o!

I would suggest "The Mathematics of Poker" it goes into a lot of detail about the math involved in making decisions at the poker table. The only complaint for some is that it is too complex for some but for a mathematics paper I think it would be perfect. "The Theory of Poker" by David Sklansky.

It's full of complex formulas and odds expectations.
